THE PRIVACY POLICY FOR THE APPS:

This page describes how to manage the Apps with reference to the processing of the personal data of users who use them. This is an information that is also provided pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 101/2018 (adaptation to GDPR regulation UE679/2016) - Code regarding the protection of personal data for those who use the Apps developed by Logica H&S.
 

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED:
The Apps require the user to enter personal data for correct operation. In particular, email and password may be requested upon registration. Any other optional data can be provided by the user always during registration.

DATA IN OUR POSSESSION:
In addition to the personal data necessary for registration, non-personal data strictly necessary to provide the service provided by the App (e.g. measurement archives, configurations) may be stored. These data can be used in anonymous or aggregate form to improve the functionality of the products and / or services offered. No personal or non-personal data will be revealed or made public for any reason except for any obligations provided for by law (eg: inspections by the Tax Authority).

Any access required by the app to specific features available on the user's device (microphone, camera, location, contacts, multimedia files, etc.) has the sole purpose of allowing access to one or more functions of the app.

In this regard, we invite you to absolutely NOT send us information containing data that can be classified as "sensitive data" (Article 4 definitions), otherwise in any case we will proceed to the immediate destruction of the same.
 

USER RIGHTS

Users have the right to access their data and to withdraw consent at any time. Users have the option to cancel their account directly from the APP.
