HOW DO I USE THE DISCOUNT CODE?

You will be able to enter the discount code before completing the order. Discounts and promotional codes are not valid for limited edition products and cannot be combined with other offers and promotions. Other Terms and Conditions may apply.

DO THE PRICES INCLUDE TAXES?

All prices indicated in the online shop do NOT include VAT.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED/DELIVERED?

Orders for in-stock items placed before 12pm on working days are generally dispatched by the next working day.
Delivery time

  • Italy: 1-3 working days (may vary for islands)

  • Europe: in approximately 3-7 working days

  • Non-EU countries: approximately 5-15* working days

*times may vary depending on the country of destination and the related customs clearance procedures

WHERE DO YOU SHIPPING FROM?

Logica H&S products purchased from the official website www.logica-hs.it are shipped directly from our official headquarters in Italy.

CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS OF MY ORDER?

The shipping address can be changed within one hour of placing the order. After this deadline, it will be necessary to cancel the order and place it again. Contact our sales office.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Orders are generally shipped by DHL, BRT, FedEx, UPS or SDA.
To guarantee an effective delivery time, we reserve the right to choose the most appropriate courier at our sole discretion.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once the order has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking link, where you will find information on the delivery status. If you have provided a mobile number, the selected carrier may also send you updates via SMS.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF THE ORDER?

To check the status of your order or log in to your account and click on “Orders”. In some cases, tracking information provided by the courier may only be available 1-2 business days after your order has been shipped.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT DUTIES FOR ORDERS PLACED ON LOGICA-HS.IT?

Yes, depending on your country, you may have to pay taxes and/or customs duties. This amount is not included in the cost of the product and must therefore be covered by the recipient of the goods.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is free in the Logica H&S geographic service area for orders over €99.
For orders lower than this amount and for foreign shipments, costs vary based on the weight/volume ratio.

NON-COMPLIANCE

Upon delivery of the goods by the Courier, the Customer is required to check:

  • that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the Courier's accompanying document

  • that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or altered

Any complaints relating to product deliveries must be reported to Logica H&S via e-mail within 3 days.
 
The customer who collects damaged or open packages without providing any notification assumes complete responsibility for the contents and has no right to any subsequent future dispute.

LOST GOODS

Ownership of the products included in the order is transferred to you when the courier collects them from our warehouse. The risk linked to loss is borne by you (or by a third party designated by you) from the moment of delivery of the products.

We currently ship to the following countries with our online shop:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia , Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary.

 

If your country is not in the list, it means that unfortunately at the moment we cannot automatically manage shipping and payment in the country in question, however it is still possible to purchase the product.

RETURNS AND WARRANTY

WHAT DOES YOUR RETURN POLICY INVOLVE?

The right of withdrawal is applicable only to online sales.
It is possible to return an item purchased on www.logica-hs.it within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.*

*The Consumer Code reserves the right of withdrawal exclusively for Consumers (natural persons who purchase goods for purposes not related to their professional, commercial or entrepreneurial activity) resident in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. The right of withdrawal therefore cannot be exercised by legal entities and natural persons acting for purposes relating to any professional activity carried out.

HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

To return a product, contact us with further information, including the receipt and the serial number of the product in question.
Once you have received authorization, you can proceed with shipping the product to our office within 14 days at the latest.*
*Return costs are from to be paid by the Customer.​

CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTANCE

For the return to be accepted:

  1. pack the product safely and appropriately

  2. make sure that the material is in the same sales condition, without defects and equipped with all the original equipment (manual, cables, accessories and original packaging, when present)

  3. the serial number of the returned product must be identical to that indicated in the return authorization.

The return will NOT be accepted if:

  • The product is damaged

  • The product has been used incorrectly or improperly with respect to its purpose/method of use

  • The product is dirty, altered or personalized

  • The product is devoid of components, box, accessories or any other part contained in the original sales packaging

HOW DOES THE REFUND PROCEDURE WORK?

If you returned the product according to our 14-day return policy and the return meets the necessary conditions, you will receive a credit to your account within 10-15 business days. The credit will be issued with the same payment method used for the purchase.

WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY POLICY?

Logica H&S products are synonymous with quality.
For this reason, we offer the consumer a full 2-year warranty on all products sold.
We offer professionals 1 year of legal guarantee (the defect must be reported within 8 days of discovery) + 1 year of additional Logica H&S guarantee on all products sold.
If a product is found to be defective, we provide the required assistance, providing for any replacement or repair of the same.
